Honey Pot

Why do I love shopping at thrift stores? Because it's like treasure hunting. Because I love all things vintage. And because I can find exactly what I was looking for... for $1.99.

  2. My favorite in town is the Seventh Day Adventist (the SDA) thrift shop on Tindolph. They're closed for a few months because the person who runs it is having a hip replaced and there's no one else to do it... but that thrift store has SUPER low prices. Like .25-.50 cents for most everything.

There are about half a dozen thrift stores in Grand Forks that I really like. The Arc, Dakota Boy's Ranch, Home Place, Goodwill, St. Vincent De Paul, Salvation Army... I think that's it. But they're all great. I just love thrift stores. :)

  3. Lauren, where is Home Place? I've been to all the others.

So the SDA isn't closed for good? Let me know when they're back in business cause I'd love to come over to TRF for an afternoon of SDA shopping with you!

Nope, it's not closed for good. Thank goodness! I'll let you know when it opens again. And it's still only open on Thursdays. 10-6
